The Service may contain links to third-party websites and references to third-party AI model data. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party information or the content of linked websites. Pricing, benchmark scores, and model specifications may change without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF AI MODEL DATA PRESENTED ON THE PLATFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GPTCRUNCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPTCrunch, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
